This amazing game contains thirteen prior released classic games. This collection is a great place for gamers to experience these popular titles on Steam. You either grew up on these games or you didn’t, all there is to it really. This was my childhood, both the cartoon and most of these games. Had all the nes/snes games and must have played the two arcade machines 1000s of times at various pizza places and other arcades. Just mindless fun really, it essentially was some of the happiest times of my childhood. $40 is steep if you this wasn’t your childhood, but anyone who grew up on these games 40 is a fair price when you break it all down. You are getting 13 games all ported perfectly, box art scans, instruction manual scans, and a bunch of other extras as well. Local coop play even tho that isn’t really much of a thing these days as an adult and online play for some of the titles as well. Online seems to be hit or miss, but even if it was perfect, it’s not why I bought this collection. I just wanted to experience my childhood again and have all the games in one legal and easy place. They put a lot of work into this collection not to mention the legal hurdles they had to deal with for all the various licenses, I really wish more companies would release high quality collections like this.
Mortal kombat, metal gear solid, original resident evil trilogy, just a few games off the top of my head would be great, but that is for another day.
